Life is a beautiful gift, isn’t it? And I find, if I keep my heart open, life itself is also full of so many amazing gifts and blessings! I love just about everything outdoors: birdsong, the intricacy and vibrant colors of flowers, gentle breezes winding their way through my wind chimes, walks in the rain, and hiking in the mountains with my husband.
I’ve enjoyed the gift of being a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator for 7 years now. Before that I had been stamping and card creating off and on for over 20 years while my three most wonderful gifts were still at home.
My favorite aspect of being a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator is designing cards and sharing how to make them with a group of friends at my in-home classes. And Stampin’ Up! makes it all so easy with the great variety in their stamps and dies, along with all the beautiful coordinating colors in inks and papers. I truly consider it a gift to be able to play with colors and designs as my job and to pass on the delight to others.
But most importantly, I am incredibly blessed with the gift of three (going on four!) amazing and extraordinary grandchildren. And it all got started 42 years ago when I married my most favorite gift, the kindest and most patient man I know! Yes, he had me at “Hello”!
